Founded by Samantha Addy, a wife and mother from a family of real estate investors and military service members, our company is rooted in discipline, integrity, and hard work. Being raised around both entrepreneurship and military service shaped a strong respect for responsibility, structure, and doing what you say you’ll do.

At Addison Executive Housing, we specialize in establishing long-term leasing partnerships with property owners, investors, and property management companies. Through our corporate leasing model, we provide predictable rental income while delivering exceptional furnished accommodations to traveling professionals, relocating families, and leisure guests.

We understand that every property is a valuable investment. That's why we prioritize proactive communication, responsible guest screening, professional cleaning, and attentive property care.

Our goal is to build lasting partnerships founded on trust, reliability, and a shared commitment to excellence.
